SISTEM INFORMASI GEOGRAFIS PEMETAAN MITRA PENGGUNA APLIKASI LAUNDRY DI PT TENTEN DIGITAL INDONESIA BERBASIS WEB DAN MOBILE

Abstract


ABSTRACT

PT Tenten Digital Indonesia is a laundry management application developer with partners spread throughout Indonesia. PT Tenten Digital Indonesia application developers need a web-based and mobile information system that can see the spread of partners in the form of digital map visualization to see how effective marketing strategies have been implemented. The system development method follows the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model, which is requirements analysis, system and software design, implementation and testing as well as system evaluation and improvement. The system analysis phase is carried out to determine what needs and functionalities the new system will carry out. Documentation of the results of system requirements analysis is modeled into a system design with the United Modeling Language (UML) approach using use case diagrams, activity diagrams and sequence diagrams. The output is web-based and mobile GIS software interface designs that are ready to be implemented. The next step is to translate the software design into a user interface using the programming language. The Google Maps API function is used to recognize laundry partner objects based on latitude and longitude coordinates. At this stage, system functionality testing is also carried out using black box testing methods. The test results show no bugs or errors were found when accessed using web or mobile based devices.

ABSTRAK

PT Tenten Digital Indonesia adalah pengembang aplikasi manajemen laundry yang memiliki mitra tersebar diseluruh Indonesia.  Pengembang aplikasi PT Tenten Digital Indonesia membutuhkan sistem informasi berbasis web dan mobile yang dapat melihat pesebaran mitra dalam bentuk visualisasi peta digital untuk melihat seberapa efektif strategi marketing yang sudah dijalankan. Metode pengembangan sistem mengikuti model System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), yaitu analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem dan software, impelementasi dan testing serta evaluasi dan perbaikan sistem. Tahap analisis sistem dilakukan untuk menentukan kebutuhan dan fungsionalitas apa saja yang akan dilakukan sistem baru. Dokumentasi dari hasil analisisi kebutuhan sistem dimodelkan menjadi desain sistem dengan pendekatan United Modelling Language (UML) menggunakan use case diagram, activity diagram dan sequence diagram. Luarannya adalah desain antarmuka perangkat lunak  GIS  berbasis web dan mobile yang siap diimplementasikan. Tahap selanjutnya adalah menterjemahkan desain perangkat lunak ke dalam bentuk antarmuka pengguna dengan bantuan bahasa pemrograman. Fungsi Google Maps API digunakan untuk mengenali objek mitra laundry berdasarkan koordinat lintang dan bujur. Pada tahapan ini juga dilakukan pengujian fugsionalitas sistem menggunakan metode black box testing. Hasil pengujian menunjukan tidak ditemukan adanya bug atau error baik ketika diakses menggunakan perangkat berbasis web maupun  mobile.
